About the role
We are looking for a Medical Support Associate to join our digital healthcare team. In this hybrid role you will use your clinical expertise to support patients and help deliver evidence‑based care alongside doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
Key responsibilities
- Use clinical expertise to support patients and deliver evidence‑based care.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses and pharmacists to ensure seamless digital healthcare delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and management of patient documentation within a digital platform.
Required profile
- Background in healthcare or medical administration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and mentorship.
Required skills
- Clinical knowledge and patient care experience.
