Medical Representative – Diabetology

About the role

The Medical Representative (Diabetology) will promote specialized diabetes products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. You will use company tools and clinical knowledge to increase product adoption and support the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target physicians and healthcare providers in the designated region.
• Conduct sales calls, pre‑call planning, and product presentations to demonstrate clinical efficacy.
• Achieve sales targets and activity goals agreed with the line manager.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the Electronic Territory Management System and CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting insights to management.
• Participate in training, seminars, and group events related to diabetology.
• Escalate complex queries and manage objections effectively.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of diabetes therapeutics and clinical benefits of specialty products.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated with a data‑driven, analytical approach to sales calls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
