Medical Information Specialist (Nurse) – Night Shift

About the role

ProPharma is looking for a licensed nurse to join its Medical Information team supporting a US‑based client. The position is primarily work‑from‑home, operating on night‑shift hours (8 PM‑8 AM Philippine Time) with occasional visits to the Makati office for team activities or equipment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical information enquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers and other external customers.
• Document cases accurately and in compliance with client, regulatory and internal procedures.
• Identify, record and escalate adverse events, product‑quality complaints and special‑situation events.
• Follow ProPharma’s specific working practices, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate with internal Medical Information teams to ensure timely and compliant case handling.
• Attend the Makati office when required for business needs such as engagement activities or equipment management.

Required profile

• Valid nursing licence and full working rights in the Philippines.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned to a US‑based service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
• Based within reasonable travelling distance of Makati.
• Willingness to commit to full‑time schedule and training period.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems, databases and standard office tools.
