Medical Support Associate (Registered Nurse)

About the role
Eucalyptus is seeking a Medical Support Associate to join its multidisciplinary team in Manila. The role focuses on providing clinical support to patients undergoing weight‑management treatment, ensuring they receive timely, accurate medical information and guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide medical support to patients primarily via email, triaging and assessing side‑effects and enquiries.
- Deliver prompt, accurate responses while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor patient progress through tracking data and initiate outreach to improve treatment adherence.
- Prepare and manage communications with general practitioners and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular 4‑month and 8‑month reviews of patient progress.
- Support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and success of treatment plans.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Passion for healthcare and patient wellbeing.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to outstanding customer service.
