About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a Medical Support Associate to join its multidisciplinary team in Manila. The role focuses on providing clinical assistance to patients using the Juniper weight‑management program, ensuring they receive timely and accurate medical guidance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide medical support to patients via email, triaging and assessing side‑effects and enquiries.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate responses while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor patient progress through tracker data and initiate outreach to improve treatment adherence.
  • Prepare and manage communication with general practitioners and coordinate with pharmacies for medication delivery.
  • Conduct regular 4‑month and 8‑month reviews of patient progress and treatment plans.

Required profile

  • Registered Pharmacist with a strong passion for healthcare.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to evaluate medical severity, prioritize issues, and escalate when necessary.
