Medical Doctor – Internal Medicine (Diplomate) – Up to $150K

About the role

We are looking for a board‑certified Medical Doctor specialized in Internal Medicine to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical and clinical functions. The role involves guiding clinical teams, managing care coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple medical and clinical operations functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance on disease states, health conditions, and medical management processes.
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, medical inquiries, and navigation of healthcare management systems.
• Review and oversee care coordination activities, including chronic condition management, utilization management, and case management programs.
• Develop, implement, and review clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Evaluate and approve policy updates and process‑improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Partner with internal and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Monitor program performance and drive initiatives focused on quality improvement, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and clinical best practices.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑driven culture while mentoring and supporting clinical and operational teams.

Required profile

• Active Physician PRC License.
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certification and recognized as a Diplomate in Internal Medicine.
• Strong clinical knowledge of disease management, healthcare operations, and care coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
