US Registered Nurse (1+ Year US Healthcare Experience)

About the role

Genfinity is seeking a US‑registered nurse with at least one year of US healthcare BPO or CPO experience to support the operations of a US‑based client. The position combines clinical and administrative duties, requiring accurate documentation and coordination with multiple healthcare stakeholders. The role is part of Genfinity’s consulting and workforce solutions team, delivering high‑performing support to the BPM industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle clinical and administrative healthcare tasks for client cases.
• Review, verify and document patient or member information.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth case flow.
• Maintain timely and accurate completion of assigned processes in line with US business hours.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Active nursing license in the Philippines and in the mainland United States.
• Minimum 1 year of US healthcare experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation, Utilization Review or Case Management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to train in the Makati or Pasig office and work Monday‑Friday on US business hours.
