Medical Doctor – Active PRC License + Diplomate (Internal Medicine)

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician to lead and manage our medical and clinical operations within a Healthcare BPO environment. The position is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days onsite in Makati, and operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US holidays, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee medical and clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance, support case reviews, and assist in medical decision‑making.
• Develop and enforce policies, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care teams and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Required profile

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Board Certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
• Completed residency training.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Residence within 50 km of Makati.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
