Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are a multinational engineering and design firm seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team in Makati City. The position is full‑time, permanent, and will transition to a hybrid work model after the probationary period.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical drawings that comply with Australian and company standards.
• Conceptualize, create, and interpret 3D models and 2D detailed design drawings of structures.
• Develop preliminary and detailed design drawings, ensuring alignment with project scope.
• Submit drawings on schedule and edit them for approval or fabrication.
• Perform engineering surface deviation and wear analysis of chute liners using point‑cloud scan data.

Required profile

• Experience working to Australian Standards.
• Ability to self‑manage a small portfolio of design projects.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
