Material Planner

About the role

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Material Planner to support its manufacturing operations in Tanauan City. You will work closely with buyers, planners, and customers to ensure timely and cost‑effective order fulfillment in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promise dates for third‑party customer and MRO sales order lines.
• Process all 526 and 527 status sales orders, selecting the most cost‑efficient distribution center.
• Support intra‑company order alignment and coordinate with buyers and planners to prioritize expedites.
• Maintain accurate system dates and manage sales‑order pull‑forwards to meet revenue targets.
• Handle expedite and date changes when customers advance order priorities.
• Adhere to and promote EHS practices across the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver results.
• Experience as a planner or purchasing agent with knowledge of distribution‑center management.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, EnterpriseOne (E‑1), SAP or other MRP/ERP systems.
