Marketing Program Specialist (Supervising Associate)

About the role

EY is hiring a Marketing Program Specialist (Supervising Associate, rank 64) in Taguig within its Brand & Marketing function. The specialist orchestrates end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, working closely with Brand, Marketing and Communications program leaders and managers. The role is hands-on in campaign and event execution, covering social media, digital, events and print, and involves analyzing performance and deriving insights.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign support: devise, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives, and track, manage and report campaign budgets.
• Partner with Global Delivery Services, external vendors and other stakeholders, and use tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to tune campaigns.
• Produce performance reports and insights for executives, and give administrative support to the BMC team (calendar, meetings, decks and presentations).
• Organize hybrid experiences such as webinars, podcasts and roundtables for key buyer segments.
• Event support: coordinate with sponsors and requesters, conduct venue research, and manage delegates (lists, updates, communication, on-site coordination).
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers, prepare and manage the event logistics budget, and prepare schedules and run sheets.
• Coordinate with Technology Support for event production needs, audit and submit program invoices, and act as the main on-site point of contact for suppliers.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the event on-site, including directing the on-site support team.

Required profile

• Experience in a corporate travel and events environment, able to manage complex logistics and client needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills, strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergencies, adapt to last-minute changes and solve complex problems with minimal disruption.
