Campaign Manager, Paid Media (Supervising)

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring a Campaign Manager (supervising associate, rank CS 64) in Taguig. You will orchestrate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, working closely with BMC program leaders and managers. The role is hands-on, covering planning, budgeting, channel execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Devise, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, digital, events and print, aligned with business objectives
• Track and manage campaign budgets and timelines, addressing deviations promptly
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Services, external vendors and other stakeholders
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics, and produce performance reports for executives
• Provide administrative support to the BMC team (calendar, meetings, presentations) and organise hybrid events such as webinars, podcasts and roundtables

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; an MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred
• Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or similar sectors
• Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects
• Ideal candidates have prior B2B brand and marketing experience, a track record of event execution and project management, and familiarity with digital marketing analytics
