Marketing Officer

About the role

RedDoorz is looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to support its fast‑moving brand and technology‑driven hotel platform. You will help shape brand perception, track campaign performance and ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on campaign performance across digital, PR and influencer channels.
• Set up and manage digital ads on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Molocco, Appnext, Shareit and Derbysoft.
• Create UTM links for push notifications, email and social media posts.
• Maintain Google Business Listings for over 400 properties and assist with deal pages and promo codes.
• Consolidate survey data, manage invoices, purchase orders and track budget versus actual costs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accreditation approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in numbers and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver results quickly.
• Self‑starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.
