Marketing Manager - Global Ecosystem Partner Experience (Supervising Associate)

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Marketing Program Specialist supports experience marketing across the Global Ecosystem & Alliances program. The role plans and executes marketing programs and events that advance alliance priorities and strengthen the EY brand, and calls for an experienced event marketer who can turn Global Partner Ecosystem priorities into clear event strategies and engaging programs. It is a Supervising Associate (rank 64) position in Taguig.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management: support and run global alliance events that drive brand awareness and demand generation, creating event experiences, brand moments and program activations
• Stakeholder collaboration: build relationships with agencies, internal creative and meetings-and-events teams and other delivery partners, and partner on pre- and post-event communications
• Program support: support day-of event execution remotely, coordinate vendors and handle last-minute logistics, and prepare post-event reports on metrics, budget, ROI and survey results
• Represent the EY brand consistently across programs and stakeholder interactions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications (or equivalent study or experience)
• 8-10 years of related work experience
• Experience managing complex global field marketing programs or large-scale global events
• Experience designing and delivering creative marketing and communications programs, and generating and managing marketing qualified leads
• Experience working in a diverse, virtual team and navigating complex global organizations
• Ideal candidates show executive presence, can influence senior stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for analysis, presentations and communications
• Knowledge of A/V and online event platforms for digital, live-streamed and in-person events
