Marketing Management Trainee

About the role

Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is a beauty brand builder and omni‑channel distributor focused on health, beauty and wellness. The Marketing Management Trainee will support brand strategy, campaign execution and performance analysis while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising and events.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data and market trends; generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day brand operations, manage external agencies and ensure effective implementation of media strategies.
• Guide the creation of impactful marketing creatives, develop bundled product strategies and manage in‑store POSM placement.
• Handle purchase order billing processes and support the management of the marketing budget, tracking expenses for cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, market‑planning and marketing‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in food and beverage marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fresh graduates with good academic records are welcome to apply.
