Marketing Coordinator - Project Management (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Lendi Group, a digital platform business transforming the home loan industry, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator (Growth team, GTM Coordinator - Homes) to keep its campaigns moving. You will turn campaign and go-to-market briefs from Growth and Homes leads into tasks and tickets, coordinating Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance teams. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, working closely with the Sydney and Melbourne-based Growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate campaign and GTM briefs into clear tasks, timelines and tickets, and keep multiple campaigns on schedule
• Engage teams across the Growth org to schedule work, chase status and meet deadlines
• Raise and manage intake tickets in workflow tools (Jira Service Management), keeping briefs complete and stakeholders informed
• Maintain campaign trackers, delivery calendars and asset registers
• Prepare first-pass copy suggestions for email, social, web and collateral assets, and coordinate creative asset production and proofing against brand guidelines
• Support planning of events, webinars and partner activations, including run sheets, timelines, supplier and venue coordination, and pre/post-event follow-up
• Compile campaign status updates and summaries, and keep documentation current on briefs, processes and learnings

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, campaign or project coordination, agency or in-house
• Experience managing briefs and tasks across teams with workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana or Monday.com
• Strong written English, able to draft clear copy suggestions and stakeholder updates
• Comfortable working remotely with Australia-based stakeholders during overlapping business hours
• Nice to have: basic Canva or Adobe skills, exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor or similar, event webinar support experience, and property, real estate or financial services exposure
