Ad Operations Analyst

About the role

The Ad Operations Analyst supports the execution, optimization and reporting of digital advertising programs across ISS Media's U.S. brands. The role works closely with sales, editorial, audience development and technology teams so that campaigns launch successfully, perform well and deliver value for clients. It covers pre-sale and post-sale activities such as campaign planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting and client support.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign execution: manage campaigns, coordinate setup, trafficking, testing, QA and launch, monitor pacing and delivery, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
• Pre-sale support: partner with sales on proposals, media recommendations and RFP responses, build digital advertising plans, verify inventory and specifications, and help create client-facing presentations.
• Reporting and performance analysis: prepare campaign and wrap-up reports, track delivery and engagement metrics, maintain dashboards and trackers, and suggest optimizations.
• Operational support: work with sales, editorial, audience development, technology and finance teams, assist with billing reconciliation, keep campaign records and provide backup coverage for global ad operations.
• Professional development: build expertise in advertising platforms and media metrics, stay current on digital advertising trends and take part in training and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, media planning, digital publishing or a related field.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong problem-solving skills.

What we offer

• Permanent position based in Makati City on a night shift schedule (10pm - 7am, Manila Time).
• Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days from home per week.
