About the role

Join McDonald’s Philippines as a Marketing Coordinator and provide essential administrative support to keep the marketing team running smoothly. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, budgets, and supplier relationships while contributing to a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Marketing team.
• Process billings, payments, reimbursements, and gift‑certificate requests.
• Maintain budget trackers, expense records, and department documents.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams for marketing projects and events.
• Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, store openings, and other team activities.
• Maintain department files, reports, and records to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, or coordination work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
