Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will boost EnerZones' online presence and drive brand awareness. You will create dynamic content, manage social media channels, and support CSR initiatives while acting as a key brand guardian.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engaging content (social cards, videos, reels, copy, calendars) for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and AGORA.
• Execute social media campaigns aligned with corporate goals, conduct trend benchmarking, audits, and track engagement KPIs.
• Implement branding strategies, maintain visual and messaging consistency, and conduct annual brand audits.
• Build relationships with LGUs, DepEd, community partners, and media; execute CSR projects with the Aboitiz Foundation and represent EnerZones at public events.
• Draft press releases, speeches, and official statements; act as spokesperson and manage corporate digital channels.
• Develop and activate crisis communication plans to protect reputation.
• Streamline marketing workflows, adopt best practices, and provide logistical support for events.
