Marine Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marine Travel Consultant to join our Manila team. The role involves handling a wide range of travel‑related requests, from booking airfares to managing corporate travel accounts, using Amadeus and other GDS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements ensuring all bookings meet client requirements.
• Handle corporate and commercial accounts, especially marine‑related travel.
• Coordinate with airlines and prepare proposals or quotations for client requests.
• Book airfares and other travel services, and issue accurate invoices.
• Maintain compliance with the Data Privacy Act when handling personal information.

Required profile

• College graduate or at least five years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Account Officer, Reservations Officer).
• Proven experience managing marine or corporate travel accounts is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, even under pressure.

Required skills

• Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Sabre or other booking systems.
