Manufacturing Specialist – Production Planning

About the role

The Manufacturing Specialist (Production Planning) will support the PPIC team by creating and recommending short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans for assigned product categories. Based in Canlubang, Laguna, the role operates in a hybrid work setup and contributes to efficient production scheduling in a food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and recommend short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans for assigned items.
• Generate process orders from store orders and develop monthly and weekly production work orders.
• Calculate, review, and maintain buffer levels of raw materials, considering warehouse capacity.
• Represent the project to SBU business partners and ensure alignment with production goals.
• Adhere to company policies, GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related 4‑year business course.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning within a manufacturing or food‑manufacturing plant.
• Strong command of English and Tagalog with good communication skills across divisions, departments, and suppliers.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Canlubang, Laguna under a hybrid arrangement.
