About the role
Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the Team Leader in a high‑tech production environment focused on photodiodes, photodiode arrays and high‑performance sensors for LiDAR and safety applications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in implementing production schedules and instructions.
- Ensure products are manufactured on time, meet quality standards and are produced at the lowest possible cost.
- Contribute to required production metrics and reporting.
Required profile
- High school or vocational graduate.
- At least 6 months experience in electronics or semiconductor handling (or relevant vocational training).
- Versatile, fast learner with a positive disposition and safety consciousness.
Required skills
- Handling of auto TFCI modules.
- Auto potting and auto TFMTR operations.
- Basic electronics and semiconductor knowledge.
