About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II to join TE’s production team. In this role you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of manufacturing techniques, tooling and machinery to enhance product quality and output.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize and standardize stamping, modeling, assembly and related manufacturing processes.
  • Design and develop manufacturing process platforms and automation solutions.
  • Apply process platforms to support new product development and to improve existing production lines.
  • Monitor and adjust processes to ensure optimal performance, quality and throughput.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or local equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated commitment to TE’s core values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
