Manager, Paralegal & Compliance (Remote)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Manager, Paralegal & Compliance to lead the preparation, administration, and governance of commercial agreements while supporting regulatory compliance initiatives. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to work night shifts from the Philippines and collaborate with global sales and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal and commercial documents such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct comparative analysis of client contracts against approved templates using AI‑enabled tools.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – intake, negotiation coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting via platforms like DocuSign IAM.
• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Support renewal and maintenance of global licenses and insurance policies, tracking compliance updates.
• Maintain governance of commercial agreements through repository management, access controls, audit preparation, and documentation support.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience using legal documentation and workflow management tools such as DocuSign IAM.
• Strong analytical skills to review and compare legal agreements against approved language.
• Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical business applications.
