Manager, Housing Market Systems

About the role

The Terwilliger Center for Innovation and Solutions (TCIS) is an innovation hub within Habitat for Humanity International that works to ensure decent housing for all. The Manager, Housing Market Systems will lead, deliver and support programs that expand Habitat’s work with housing market systems across the Philippines, coordinating with global teams and a wide range of stakeholders including donors, government, private sector and low‑income homeowners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, International Development or a related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in market systems development, international development, financial inclusion, systems thinking, value‑chain analysis, project management, business development, impact investing or design thinking.

Required skills

• Providing technical guidance to market‑systems and financial‑inclusion programmes using human‑centred design approaches.
• Delivering technical assistance to multi‑geography, multi‑sector teams.
• Applying systems‑thinking approaches to housing or urban development.
• Outstanding written and oral English communication, including clear, concise technical writing.
• Designing and facilitating capacity‑building workshops, trainings and events.
