About the role

The Management Trainee will support the day‑to‑day operations of a Red Ribbon store in Rosario, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in both dine‑in and take‑home sales environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness programs.
• Oversee daily operations of dine‑in and take‑home services, ensuring prompt customer assistance.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in building sales through client relationship management for institutional accounts.
• Identify operational and cost‑management opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and shift coordination.
• Handle store administrative tasks such as office organization, securing permits, and preparing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food‑related or Business fields.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Effective oral and written communication across all store levels.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and long hours.
