Management Trainee – Fintech Leadership Program

About the role

PDAX is seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join its cross‑functional teams and gain a comprehensive view of the fintech business in the Philippines. The program offers immediate involvement in strategic projects, exposure to multiple departments, and mentorship from senior leadership, allowing you to contribute to the growth of the digital assets platform from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core departments such as Operations, Product, Compliance, and Business Development to understand end‑to‑end processes.
• Support the design and implementation of new policies, procedures, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Assist in data‑driven analysis to align activities with business objectives and performance metrics.
• Lead or co‑lead strategic projects under the guidance of senior managers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity tools.
