About the role

PwC is looking for a Management Consulting Associate to join its Advisory team in Makati. In this role you will work alongside senior consultants and business leaders to address complex client challenges, from strategy formulation to execution, and help drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyse business problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Provide constructive, real‑time feedback and share insights with colleagues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical enhancements.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while adhering to risk and compliance standards.
• Stay current with developments in your area of specialisation and communicate findings clearly.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks to support project delivery.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.
