Management Consulting Analyst (ML 11/Analyst Program)

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is hiring a Management Consulting Analyst (Level 11) in Taguig, Philippines, through its ML 11/Analyst Program. The program welcomes undergraduates and advanced degree graduates without prior work experience to learn the fundamentals of management consulting and join delivery teams that design and implement scalable solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems within your area of responsibility, evaluating situations and data in depth.
• Identify clients' high-level business needs and produce detailed functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases.
• Help clients leverage new technologies to meet business requirements and reduce costs.
• Map the journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment and develop detailed, actionable business cases and plans.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs, and help clients build capabilities for growth and innovation.
• Develop tools, methodologies, points of view, research and white papers, and support go-to-market offerings.

Required profile

• A university degree from a reputable academic institution.
• Academic excellence demonstrated consistently throughout your studies.
• Excellent written and spoken English; another foreign language is a plus.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, creativity and proactivity in problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced global environment and build credibility with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Project.
