Management Consultant (MBA Graduate Program)

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is hiring for its Master's Graduate Consulting Program (B School) in Taguig, Philippines. It is open to MBA graduates or holders of other master's degrees, with 3 to 10 years of experience, whether or not it relates to consulting. You will join delivery teams that design and implement scalable solutions for clients, working at the intersection of business and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and solve complex business problems through in-depth analysis of situations or data.
• Define client needs and produce detailed functional specifications, requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams and use cases.
• Show how clients can use new technologies to meet business requirements and reduce costs.
• Map the journey from the current state to a target enterprise environment and develop detailed business cases and plans.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs, and help clients build capabilities for growth and innovation.
• Develop tools, methodologies, points of view, research and white papers, and support go-to-market offerings.

Required profile

• MBA or another master's degree; 3 to 10 years of experience.
• Consistent academic record.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Excellent written and spoken English; another foreign language is a plus.
