SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

About the role

Accenture in the Philippines is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant in Taguig. The consultant helps build the blueprint for S/4HANA development requirements and provides business and functional support for SAP modules, especially during ECC migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. The role covers configuration and functions in General Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting & Project Systems, Financial Supply Chain Management, Treasury & Banking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess gaps between current business processes and configuration and the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and recommend delta designs.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design and supporting tools.
• Execute the system configuration needed for the S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of S/4HANA conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or college degree.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP ERP as a finance functional consultant is an advantage.
• Understanding of end-to-end record-to-report business processes.
• Knowledge of dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO).
• Technology consulting expertise, with ability to run workshops and training sessions.
• ECC practitioners receive upskilling training to be job-ready for S/4HANA implementations.
• Willingness to travel for possible onshore requirements.
