Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Management Accountant to join the finance team of an Australia‑based organisation. The role will start with core accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, billing and month‑end activities, and will grow to include reporting, forecasting and compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with revenue recognition, month‑end journals, accruals, payroll journals and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed‑asset records, prepare capitalization, depreciation and amortisation entries.
• Support finance pack preparation, management reporting, cash‑flow reporting and capital‑expenditure analysis.
• Prepare supporting schedules for Australian BAS, FBT and audit reviews.
• Monitor the finance inbox, handle routine billing, update product trackers and maintain records in NetSuite.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of general‑ledger, journal entry and month‑end accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accruals, pre‑payments, depreciation and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Quezon City on the specified schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, look‑ups, pivot tables).
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems, willingness to learn NetSuite.
