About the role
The Mall Nurse is responsible for promoting health and safety within SM City San Fernando Downtown. Working on‑site, the nurse assesses the health status of employees, tenants and customers, provides medical care during incidents, and ensures the mall maintains a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct medical assessments based on records, physical examinations and laboratory results.
- Recommend and coordinate health‑related programs or events for mall staff and office‑based employees.
- Maintain systematic filing of medical and health records for all employees.
- Prepare and submit reports on visits, incidents, consultations, treatments and emergencies.
- Perform regular inventory of medical supplies and ensure readiness for emergencies.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Preferably certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Required skills
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
