About the role
The Mall Nurse is responsible for promoting health and safety within the shopping centre, providing medical support to employees and customers, and ensuring the availability of medical supplies. This role combines clinical nursing expertise with occupational health responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and monitor the health status of mall staff and visitors.
- Provide first‑aid, emergency care, and routine medical consultations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of medicines, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare and submit requisitions to guarantee continuous availability of essential items.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health‑related policies and safety programs.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational or corporate setting.
- Willingness to be assigned to SM City Sto. Tomas.
Required skills
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification or training.
