Mall Manager

About the role
The Mall Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the shopping centre. You will lead daily activities, ensure compliance with company SOPs, and create a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors and local authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor all mall operations in line with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, the public and government officials.
- Oversee building facilities, equipment maintenance, security and ancillary services.
- Ensure a safe, clean and efficient environment for shoppers and staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Food Services/Operations Management or a related field.
- 5‑10 years of experience in mall or commercial property management.
- Proven leadership and customer‑service abilities.
- Honest, energetic and passionate about retail operations.
