Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, supporting production activities. This includes installing blowers and lighting, repairing welding machines and tools, managing compressed air systems, and installing additional machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Execute corrective repairs to restore equipment functionality.
• Install and commission blowers, lighting systems, and other production machinery.
• Repair and maintain welding machines and related tools.
• Manage compressed air systems and related installations.
• Support overall production operations through timely maintenance activities.

Required profile

• High school graduate with formal training in Electrical Installation & Maintenance from a TESDA‑accredited center.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Desirable experience with overhead (OH) crane and welding machine maintenance.
