About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Operations General Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations in Cebu, covering plant manufacturing, supply chain, sales support and construction projects. The role demands a decisive leader who can scale operations, drive performance and deliver results in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate operations across production, supply chain, sales support and construction.
• Ensure efficient plant performance including production, quality, maintenance and output optimization.
• Align sales forecasts with production planning and delivery execution.
• Oversee project execution to meet time, budget and quality standards.
• Drive KPIs, cost control and overall operational efficiency.
• Manage logistics, procurement and inventory optimization.
• Build, mentor and lead high‑performing, accountable teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of operations experience, including 3‑5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong background in manufacturing and construction/project execution.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic, decisive and results‑driven leadership style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
