About the role
The Maintenance Coordinator will support the property management team in driving resident satisfaction and retention. This remote position focuses on fostering strong resident relations through consistent and proactive communication.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the property management team with client satisfaction and retention by promoting resident relations through ongoing communication.
- Maintain regular contact with residents to address maintenance inquiries and provide updates.
- Coordinate and relay maintenance information between residents and the property management team.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and the property management team.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
