Machine Operator for R&D Process

About the role

The Machine Operator will support research and development trials by preparing, operating, and adjusting production equipment according to the approved trial schedule. This role ensures that only approved materials are used and that trial data is accurately recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and adjust production machines for R&D trials.
• Follow standard operating procedures and use only approved materials.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality through regular checks.
• Report any unusual observations or equipment issues to the R&D and Maintenance Engineering teams.
• Document all trial activities, including input‑process‑output data, processing time, delays, and machine‑related issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Vocational or college level education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machines and computers with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Good communication skills and a technician background is an advantage.
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule in Pasig City.
