Machine Operator – Food Production (Canlubang, Laguna)

About the role

The Machine Operator will convert raw materials into finished food products on an assigned production line, using allocated manpower, tools, equipment and systems. The role ensures that both raw material quality and finished goods meet the company’s specifications while maintaining efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods on the designated line.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
• Inspect equipment during production runs and perform routine checks.
• Lift and move heavy equipment as required.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standard specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in machine operation or handling production equipment.
• At least one (1) year experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
• Fresh graduates with relevant OJT or internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
