LX Program Manager (Learning Experience Design)

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is hiring an LX Program Manager (also called E-Learning Manager) in Pasig. The role oversees the client relationship from a learning standpoint and leads and mentors a team of Learning Experience Designers to deliver learner-centered training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Learning program management (40%): lead the client/stakeholder relationship, run learning programs based on identified needs, manage the training or content development budget, contribute to business reviews and reports, and use dashboards and trackers to inform initiatives.
• Instructional design management (40%): oversee end-to-end instructional design projects, from analyzing learning needs and defining objectives to building curricula, evaluating effectiveness and driving online learning adoption.
• Team management (20%): hire, train, mentor and evaluate staff to ensure smooth execution of instructional design initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years designing learner-centered training programs and materials, and 3-5 years conducting learning needs analyses.
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and evaluation principles, and ability to draft measurable goals and assessment strategies.

Required skills

• Technology literate, able to work with new software such as media development tools, office suites and web applications.
• Understanding of courseware authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with e-learning design principles, practices and platforms (LMS).
• Leadership, communication, organization and self-motivation.
