Luxury Travel Consultant (Destination Weddings)

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, honeymoons and related guest travel. You will work closely with senior travel specialists, wedding planners and global partners to ensure seamless, multi‑party itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for weddings, honeymoons, guest arrivals and post‑event extensions, handling accommodation, transfers and experience bookings.
• Maintain accurate, date‑aligned travel components for group and event‑based travel plans.
• Communicate professionally with guests, planners and partners via WhatsApp, email and phone, delivering discreet and culturally sensitive support.
• Monitor active bookings during assigned shifts, identify potential conflicts and resolve standard issues independently.
• Log all bookings, guest details and communications in the internal CRM, keeping documentation client‑ready.
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers and local service partners, representing Wedded Wonderland in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during live wedding periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking bookings and client information.
• Experience using WhatsApp for professional communication.
