Luxury Travel Consultant – Destination Weddings

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, honeymoons and related guest travel. The role involves coordinating complex, multi‑party itineraries and delivering seamless service throughout the wedding timeline, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage travel itineraries for couples, guests and post‑event extensions, ensuring alignment with wedding schedules.
• Arrange accommodations, transfers and experiential activities, confirming accuracy of dates, rooming lists and group requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, planners and partners via WhatsApp, email and phone, providing discreet and culturally sensitive assistance.
• Monitor active bookings during assigned shifts, identify potential conflicts and resolve standard issues independently.
• Log all bookings, guest details and communications in the internal CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers and local service partners, representing Wedded Wonderland in all supplier interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle complex group itineraries and high‑expectation clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work across weekends and holidays during live wedding periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for booking and client management.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email and phone communication tools.
• Strong organizational and detail‑orientation abilities.
