LPG Cylinder & Asset Controller

About the role

The LPG Cylinder & Asset Controller ensures safe handling of LPG cylinders and accurate asset management in line with Linde safety standards. This role works closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve discrepancies, recover lost assets, and maintain high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on safe and effective cylinder handling according to Linde safety standards.
• Negotiate with customers regarding discrepancies, lost or unaccounted cylinders, and related charges.
• Drive the settlement process for offers to pay for lost cylinders, including acceptance or non‑acceptance decisions.
• Utilise and respond to key reports on turnover, losses, and write‑ups.
• Ensure customers accurately account for all assets and apply charges for lost or damaged cylinders where applicable.
• Provide quality customer service for cylinder holdings dispute management.
• Support inquiries on cylinder holding issues and system maintenance within complex account structures.
• Conduct on‑site cylinder checks at customer premises.
• Facilitate retrieval of excess cylinders from customer sites and ensure proper return to Linde facilities.
• Identify and recover illicitly held cylinders.
