Logistics Fulfillment Manager

About the role

The Logistics Fulfillment Manager will lead end‑to‑end overseas logistics for large‑scale wind power and other heavy‑industry projects in the Philippines. This role ensures that all cargo – from sea freight to inland delivery – arrives on schedule, complies with local regulations, and meets safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed overseas logistics plans covering sea freight, land transport, port handling and inland waterway movements.
• Conduct route surveys and design schemes for heavy‑lift transport of oversized equipment.
• Prepare, review and track all customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, insurance, etc.).
• Coordinate on‑site unloading, warehousing, inland transfer and final delivery to align with construction schedules.
• Supervise safety standards during handling and manage cargo damage claims.
• Control the logistics budget, optimise cost structures and handle insurance matters.
• Implement tracking systems, provide real‑time status updates and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Filipino citizenship preferred with at least 10 years of residency/project management experience in the Philippines.
• More than 5 years of logistics experience in wind power or other heavy‑industry projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Temporary Storage/Inspection (TSI) for large equipment imports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM or International Trade (Master’s/PMP a plus).
• Fluent English; additional language skills (Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic) are a plus.
