Logistics Coordinator – Planning & Delivery Management

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator plans, coordinates and monitors the movement of raw materials, finished goods and delivery vehicles to ensure timely, cost‑effective distribution. Working closely with warehouse, production, sales and transportation teams, the role supports the overall efficiency of the company’s supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the movement of raw materials, finished goods and delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure customer orders are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor fleet utilization and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, sales and transportation teams to optimise logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply‑chain operations (manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory control and delivery scheduling.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, able to work under pressure and manage delivery priorities.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and render overtime when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
