About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Support Specialist to handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks for our logistics clients. The position is remote, part‑time, and works during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using FullBay or Trinium and QuickBooks Online.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and generate financial reports as needed.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts support.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills for client and team interactions.
Required skills
- FullBay or Trinium
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
