As a Lobby/Retail Shop Attendant you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests and showcases the resort’s merchandise, contributing to memorable stays and retail success.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Lobby/Retail Shop Manager in selling merchandise to guests and visitors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, record stock levels, and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain the visual appeal of display items, ensuring the shop remains attractive and organized.
- Provide courteous service, answer guest inquiries, and promote resort products.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and pride in being a hotelier.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creative eye for detail and store presentation.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Can‑do attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
