Load Planner

About the role

The Load Planner will design daily truck and container load plans to maximise capacity, meet delivery deadlines and keep costs low. You will work closely with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure smooth outbound shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise daily load plans for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate loading schedules with Warehouse, Transport and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, volume limits and customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment priorities, cut‑off times and delivery schedules.
• Update load plans and shipment details in TMS/WMS.
• Resolve loading issues and adjust plans for volume changes.
• Prepare basic load utilisation and performance reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in load planning, transport or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and be based at Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan.

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
