About the role

Outsourced is seeking a skilled Link Builder / Outreach Specialist to support multiple SEO client campaigns. This remote, long‑term position focuses on acquiring high‑quality backlinks through strategic outreach and partnership building.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and continuously improve link‑building strategies for various client projects.
• Conduct targeted email outreach to promote client content and secure backlinks from authoritative sites.
• Use Ahrefs for backlink analysis, opportunity identification, and SEO growth support.
• Research and evaluate prospective link sources, avoiding spam or low‑quality sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with website owners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate backlink placements, pricing, and ensure strong ROI within budget constraints.
• Track, monitor, and report on link‑building performance and campaign progress.
• Adapt outreach tactics based on industry, niche, and client requirements.
• Create and edit guest posts, blog articles, and outreach copy to aid link acquisition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in link building, outreach, or SEO‑related roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume projects across diverse industries.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine behavior.
• Independent work style with effective team collaboration.
